Lifeguard Resume Sample

Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of beach, pool, or waterpark patrons. They must continually monitor guests through our eyes or binoculars while not allowing themselves to get distracted by other duties. A lifeguard’s job requires quick decision-making skills and effective communication with guards in adjacent areas. Lifeguards must complete training courses every year to stay updated on CPR, automated external defibrillator use, first aid basics, water emergencies, aquatic injury prevention, and more. They may also need to wake up early for effective patrolling during their shift.

A good resume is well-written and concise. It should be neat and easy to read, listing previous experience in a logical order.
